Our mission is to provide our patients with unparalleled customer service along with the best hearing products available. We have built our business on integrity and honesty and believe in putting the needs of the patient above all else.
Audibel Hearing Centers are owned and operated by Paul Schneider of Rochester, Minnesota, who has been a part of this community for 35 years. Paul opened Clear Wave Hearing in 2003 with patient care professional, Mary Conger. In 2006, Clear Wave purchased Audiology and Better Hearing Care which has served the area since 1964. The two entities merged at that time to become Audibel Hearing Center of Rochester, Red Wing and Winona. Along with the three privately owned locations in Southern Minnesota, Audibel Hearing Centers are networked with over 1,000 other locations nationwide.
You can put your trust in us as, “The RIGHT place to buy your hearing aids.” Please read a few of our customer testimonials below to see why.
At Audibel Hearing, we believe in honest straight forward advertising that does not mislead the consumer. Our goal is to find the best solution for the patient’s hearing loss at an honest upfront price that is the same for everyone! Some companies in the area would like you to believe that hearing aids are often 50% -70% off this week only, or they might send a piece of mail that reads, “Health Notification, Open Immediately.” Both of these ads are misleading and untrue. If you have received these types of advertisements, please call 507-281-8989 with any questions or concerns you might have about a specific company or advertisement. Or email them to paul@audibelmn.com
"During the past 30 years I have had many hearing aids but none were ever capable of providing me the power and clarity I needed to function as close to normal as possible. I missed important conversations, the telephone could be a nightmare, I had to ask for comments to be repeated, and I dreaded the slight eye rolling of strangers who were trying to figure out what was wrong with me because I couldn’t understand what they were asking or telling me. I often responded inappropriately because of misunderstanding what was said. Most of all, I regretted not being able to clearly understand my grandchildren. At a very early age they had to repeat and repeat and repeat for me.
A few weeks ago I was fitted for my first Audibel Virtue in-the-ear hearing aids. I knew it was time for new aids as I was understanding less and frustrating myself and others. No hearing aid is perfect nor can it completely restore normal hearing, but I can attest to the fact that even with a more severe hearing loss than ever before, I am now understanding better than I have in years.
Certain improvements were immediately noticeable. I could hear the dialogue on TV without reading the closed captions. I could eat in a restaurant with my husband and carry on a conversation as well as understand the waitress without needing interpretation. For the first time in years, I can actually understand the words to the songs on the radio in my car. But best of all, I can understand the young voices of my grandchildren without having to ask for repetition."

"Recently I purchased new Audibel Hearing Instruments from Audibel Hearing Center. I am very pleased with the hearing instruments, as well as the performance of the staff at Audibel Hearing Center.
The entire experience was very pleasant. The initial appointment for the mold, as well as the recommendations for the type of hearing instrument that I would need, was handled quickly and professionally. The product was delivered as promised. The appointment for the fitting, etc. went very well.
It was amazing how well I could hear immediately. The settings were precise, and I continue to hear well.
I would recommend Audibel Hearing Center to anyone who has impaired hearing. Paul Schneider is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful."
